What they're Saying...
"Sean really helped me tap into a different level of my yoga training/ experience… the flow was very smooth and the transitions felt easier and easier with his guiding voice! His dedication to his in class instruments was something I had a deep appreciation for and helped me to really relax my mind and body especially towards the end of class! I recommend his instruction for all yogi levels!"
"If you have wished to learn to play a sound healing instrument, I highly recommend taking this course with Sean. He brings this ancient art down to a modern, personal level. You will leave this training feeling confident that you can guide yourself and others through a meaningful sound journey. Sean is so knowledgeable and approachable, you will be in the best of hands!"
Sean’s practice is one of the rare practices in Dallas that incorporates the true essence of yoga. Breath, intentional movement, and awareness are implemented in each of his sessions. He starts the practice with intention and comes back to that intention at the end. You leave his practice feeling more whole, more connected, and vibrating at a higher frequency. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I’m honored that I crossed paths with Sean. There are very few in this town who emulate they way sean guides."
After training with Sean I felt immediately confident to lead sound for groups and have had so much fun doing it! 💫
Training was fun and interactive! I was so happy to get time playing with real time feedback and love. Sean was an amazing facilitator! Would highly recommend.
